In collaboration with Katy Nielsen and Alonso Aguilera

 

Dressed from the 1920’s, we pushed around a vintage baby carriage for 6 hours. Much to the surprise of those we encountered, the carriage was not filled with a baby, but rather with hundreds of carrots. We then handed these carrots out to those we encountered. 

 

One of the strange occurrences during this performance were how many people said the phrase “Baby Carrots.”

 

During the time this was conceived of and performed, I was deep into questioning what would happen if dream logic were encountered in everyday life. I considered this an experiment of just that.
